Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:

1 pound of lean ground beef
1 12-ounce jar Heinz HomeStyle Beef Gravy®
1 (10-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
3 cups prepared Ore-Ida mashed potatoes
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese



Instructions:
Cook ground beef, in large skillet, until browned; drain fat. Stir in gravy and mixed vegetables.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Prepare mashed potatoes as per package directions
Spoon mashed potatoes onto meat mixture, forming 8 mounds. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese.
Cook until potatoes are hot and cheese melts. Serve from skillet. Makes 4 servings.

Cook Time: 25+ minutes
