Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole

  • 2 pound white turkey meat
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 package Ore-Ida® Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 cup leftover serving


  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cut Turkey into small pieces and fry in skillet until brown.
  • Add soup and one can of water to the turkey, allow to simmer.
  • Preparemashed potatoes in a 4-inch thigh baking dish according to package directions for microwave preparation for 8 servings.
  • When potatoes are finished, top them with stuffing.
  • Pour the turkey mixture over the top of the stuffing.
  • Bake covered for 20-25 minutes or until the casserole is warmed.
