Stuffed Turkey Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup shredded four cheese Italian-style blend cheese, divided
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, drained
  • 12 slice deli-sliced turkey
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) Heinz® HomeStyle Roasted Turkey Gravy
  • 6 cup cooked egg noodles

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a 13x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  • In a medium bowl, mix together 1 cup of shredded cheese, ricotta cheese and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Spread about 3 tbsp. of cheese mixture onto each turkey slice. Roll up and place in baking dish, seam side down. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese over top.

  • Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

  • Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, cook gravy for 3 to 5 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

  • To serve, divide egg noodles between 6 plates. Arrange 2 turkey rolls on each plate and spoon warm gravy over top.

  • If desired, substitute shredded four cheese Italian-style blend with shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese.
