In a large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat, cook patties for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, cook gravy for 3 to 5 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
To serve, place 1 patty on each toast slice. Spoon warm gravy on top and serve immediately. Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.
