Mashed Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 4 cup leftover mashed potatoes
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) Heinz® HomeStyle Rich Mushroom Gravy

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Spread the mashed potatoes into a buttered 8-inch square baking dish. Season the potatoes with coarse ground black pepper, to taste, and sprinkle with grated Romano cheese.
  • Bake until top is golden and crispy, about 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat the Heinz HomeStyle Rich Mushroom Gravy in a small pot to a simmer.
  • Serve the potatoes au gratin topped with the mushroom gravy.
  • This is a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes!
