Chili Topped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes, baked
  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) Heinz® HomeStyle Savory Beef Gravy
  • 1 can (15 oz.) chili beans with sauce
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder

Directions

  • In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned; drain fat. Stir in gravy and chili beans; simmer 5 minutes. Serve over split hot baked potatoes. Serve topped with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
  • Baked Potato Instructions:
  • Conventional oven: Bake potatoes at 350°F for 1 hour or until tender.
    Microwave oven: Cook on High, allowing 5 minutes for each potato. Turn potatoes over halfway through cooking time. Allow 5 minutes standing time. Potatoes will stay warm for 45 minutes if wrapped in foil.
