Brown Sugar Glazed Ham Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 jar (12 oz.) Heinz® HomeStyle Pork Gravy
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 cup chopped cooked ham
  • 1 package (24oz.) Ore-Ida® Steam n' Mash® Cut Russet Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts*

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat an 11x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together gravy, mustard and sugar until smooth. Stir in ham and potatoes. Spoon evenly into baking dish and sprinkle walnuts on top.

  • Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Tips

  • If desired, substitute chopped walnuts with chopped pecans.
